You must be at least 13 years old to use The Dose. Users under 18 must have parental consent. The Dose is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of content you submit including reviews, ratings, and photos. By submitting content you grant The Dose a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the app. You are solely responsible for your content. You may not post content that is false, misleading, harmful, offensive, or violates any third party's rights. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. You may report objectionable content or abusive users from within the app, and we will review reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content, blocking users, or terminating accounts within 24 hours of a report.
Caffeine content displayed in The Dose is based on available product data and may vary. This information is for general wellness purposes only and is not medical advice. The FDA recommends a maximum of 400mg of caffeine daily for healthy adults. Pregnant individuals should not exceed 200mg daily. Consult a healthcare provider with any concerns about caffeine consumption. The Dose is not responsible for any health outcomes related to caffeine consumption. The Dose Pro is an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription at $4.99 USD. Subscription is billed through your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain Pro access until that time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
You may not use The Dose to harass, abuse, or harm others. You may not submit false or misleading drink information. You may not attempt to access other users' accounts or data. You may not use The Dose for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately for any violation of these rules.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen in the app. Upon deletion your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Dose is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of drink nutritional information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Dose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of The Dose.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of The Dose after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
